Indeed, FACT+FANCY was founded mainly as a vehicle to allow us to provide rule-writing services, while continuing in our professional practices. Though we make a healthy living providing services to help businesses and governments comply with the rules we consult on, we grew tired of the negative consequences of poorly written rules, and have dedicated considerable resources to developing tools and services for writing rules that are easier to learn and use.
